Meet Donna

Donna Lamb, owner of Premier Home Staging and Design of Northwest AR, graduated from the University of Tennessee school of Design and Architecture with a B.S. in Interior Design. After a lengthy and successful career in the Design and Construction field with U.S. General Services Administration, Donna is seeking new and exciting business venture with the establishment of Premier Home Staging and Design of Northwest Arkansas, LLC.

Donna is passionate about all facets of design and lifestyle living. With many corporate family moves, Donna is experienced with preparing a home for sell and the overall relocation process. Her aspiration is to assist others in their transition whether moving into the area, out of the area or locally in town.

Donna loves to cook, eat, travel and any form of challenging exercise, including golf!  She enjoys volunteering and staying active.

Donna has been married to her husband Mike for 31 years and they have one son, Zach who lives is Charlotte, NC.

Donna is excited to partner with homeowners, builders, real estate agents and relocation specialist in Northwest Arkansas area to market and sell homes so all meet their goals with the desired results.

Meet Maureen

Maureen Arigi, Managing Associate, joined Premier Home Staging and Design in 2016. She works closely with Donna, clients and the PHSD team on all staging projects.

Prior to joining Premier Home Staging, Maureen worked as an Executive Assistant for the owner of several real Estate offices in the Phoenix area. Additionally, she also held the position of Office Manger for a CPA firm in Chicago.

In the last 31 years of marriage Maureen and her family have had over 10 corporate moves and she has prepared each home for a quick and successful sell.

Maureen, her  husband Tom, and their dog Murphy currently reside on Loch Lomond in Bella Vista.  They also have a home in Arizona, where they love to visit their 3 grown children.

Maureen loves to entertain with the amazing group of friends and neighbors they have met here in Northwest Arkansas.

Meet LauRon

LauRon Prencipe, Assistant Stager, joined Premier Home Staging and Design of Northwest Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.A. in Journalism, with a focus in Advertising and Public Relations.

LauRon started her career at Walmart where she worked within the Global Talent Acquisition group focused on hiring Merchandising and Central Operations management associates into the organization. She had a passion for finding the right talent for the company and enjoyed getting to meet individuals from across the country.

LauRon and her husband Jimmy have one son, James, and one pup, Franco. They live in Rogers, AR and really enjoy raising their family there!

LauRon enjoys cooking, shopping, event planning, decorating, organizing and anything involving her family.

LauRon is thrilled to partner with our clients and take care of all their home staging needs.

Meet Caroline

Caroline Price, Assistant Stager, joined the Premier Home Staging and Design team in 2018. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Interior Design and a minor in Spanish. Caroline has a background in the furniture & design industries and today works alongside homeowners and builders through the construction process, in addition to design and staging.

With an eye for detail, a need for creativity, and a love of textiles, patterns and interiors as a whole, Caroline found her perfect niche in Interior Design at a young age. This passion has allowed her a variety of opportunities over the years, which has given her a wide range of skills and knowledge in the field.

Caroline resides in Bentonville with her husband, Chris, and their dog, Duke. She loves party planning, organizing and all things home decor. Caroline enjoys staying active and spending time with her family that lives nearby.

Caroline looks forward to working with the PHSD team to create beautiful spaces that perfectly fit the needs and desires of each individual client that we serve.
